We stayed at the Penthouse suit that has amazing views of the lake and it's right in the middle of the trendy area. However, the place advertised a private Jacuzzifor the Penthouse guests only and when we arrived the Jacuzzi was very dirty. After consulting with the staff, we were let know that the Jacuzzi is no longer working (even though they still advertise it as included). The only solution they gave us was to use the public jacuzzi during "outside times of use" so that we could have it for ourselves. However, the whole point of having a private amenity is lost. We also had some issues with the A/C not woring properly and sole kitchen appliences were also not working well. Overall, the place is nice because of the view, but it does not provide a "Luxury" experience.

Bonito lugar, estuvo al pendiente de la llegada y me dio indicaciones de cómo llegar hasta con videos, el jacuzzi de la suite no funcionaba pero nos dieron solución aceptable, bastante ordenado y limpio. Satisfecho con el lugar
