Beautiful, centrally located villa in the heart of Kingsland. The downstairs self-contained apartment with 2 double rooms with queen beds for rent together. Lovely neighborhood, near the parks and close to Eden Park and Kingsland bars and restaurants. The park has a newly re-built playground and is really lovely to walk around. Kingsland shops, restaurants and bars are close and they are fantastic!

非常开心的入住体验，交通很方便，入住办理很方便，退房时和房东商量临时情况需要晚一点，房东很通融。周边吃饭超市都很便利，有家的感觉，谢谢！
非常温馨的房屋，房东回复及时，给出各种提示和提醒。非常nice。周边安静，安全。有完善的公交，方便出行。值得再次入住。刚来奥克兰恰逢下雨，基本厨具也能让我做出各种美味，度过休闲的每一天。感谢！祝好！
Cosy little downstairs flat in Kingsland. Nice and warm with a heat pump, as well as kitchen and washing machine. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Bus stop close by with regular buses to the city. Parking down the driveway was very handy. Daniel was very friendly and helpful.
