Dining room has table and chairs and then flows into updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and brand new cupboards and counters. The breakfast nook (hightop table and stools) looks over the botanical garden outside. Step thru the French doors onto the patio with an additional outdoor eating area (table and chairs) with a gas grill. Three bedrooms are located on the second level, up 5 stairs from the living room. Master bedroom: Queen bed, (2) single beds, with attached lanai for viewing the ocean. Ensuite Master bath has large tub/shower, toilet and spacious countertop with sink. Oceanview Lanai offers a hammock and outdoor daybed. Bedroom #2: Twin bunk bed with trundle (sleeps 3). Bath#2: Hall bathroom for those in bedroom #2-4 offers shower, toilet and sink/counter. Bedroom #4: Affectionately called the “love shack”, this bedroom is accessible only from backyard patio. Has full sized bed and Apple TV. Guests have exclusive access to our fully equipped kitchen, the outside deck with amenities like barbecue area, swimming pool and sitting area in the botanical garden. There is a fire table as well. Geckos are abundant, friendly, and live in and outside in HI. There are many tropical birds and flowers to appreciate on the 2-acre property.
