You have access to lake, boat dock, and beach area with endless views. Their is a dump station located on property. This propert is 2 oversized lots in Sandy Bass Bay 2. Their is a 2 br house, 36' covered RV as well as a Fema trailer on property also listed with Air Bnb.

Great place to stay, enjoyed the rv, boat ramp and outdoor area.
