The house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed, desk with chair, bedside table, 43” smart tv and a wardrobe. There are plenty of spaces to relax both inside and outside the house, with comfy couches, chairs, beanbags and outdoor settings under hanging lights. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Hello and welcome to our industrial themed house! We’ve put a lot of love and effort into making this house warm and welcoming for all to enjoy, so please treat it with respect. As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a picture of Hosier lane, an iconic Melbourne laneway. Other walls throughout the house proudly pay homage to Melbourne’s awesome laneways and cafe vibes, while large windows flood the space with natural light, giving it an open and airy feel. If you have any questions or issues, please do not hesitate to contact us - we are very responsive through the airbnb app or via text. As we work during the day we aren’t able to answer phone calls. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS There is one master bedroom with a walk-in robe and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have built in robes, and they share the main bathroom which has a shower and bath, and a separate toilet. Each bedroom has a 43” smart tv with chromecast, so you can stream your favourite content from your device or utilise our guest accounts to access Disney+, Paramount+, Stan, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Each room also has a bedside table, an Alexa device, a desk and a chair. There are spare blankets and pillows in the cupboards for your convenience. OTHER SPACES In between the bathroom and the toilet is the laundry complete with washing machine and dryer. You’re welcome to use them both however please ensure you clear the lint from the dryer after use. Please also turn on the fan when the dryer is running. Washing detergent is in the right side cupboard of the laundry, as are pegs and washing baskets if you want to use the clothesline outside. Please don’t touch anything in the left side of the laundry cupboard - this is for the cleaner only. The kitchen contains a range of cutlery, crockery and appliances to make your stay easy. There is also a dishwasher for your convenience, however please ensure you empty it prior to checkout. There is a walk-in pantry with shelves clearly labelled. The dining table seats 4 - if you require additional seating for your group of 5 or 6, there are two additional mini stools located in the garage that go with the dining setting. Please use the coasters and placemats on the dining table when consuming hot food/drink, as the heat stains the wood. The lounge room has a 58” smart tv. Like the bedrooms, you are welcome to use this and any of the streaming services, just please remember to use the guest accounts! All of the seating options in the lounge are super comfy so sorry in advance if you don’t have the motivation to move! The chair in the left corner is great for reading under the industrial lamp. Finally, there is a fantastic covered outdoor space in the backyard complete with giant bbq, adult sized swings and a novelty dining table with swing seats and bar stools. There are some party lights on the roof of the area that can be turned on by being plugged into power in the garage. There is also a table in the front courtyard. There are stools for this table in the garage - please return there when finished. HOUSE RULES - Breakage: If you break something, please let us know immediately. Please also let us know if something isn't working. - Noise: This is a quiet neighbourhood and our neighbours are all very considerate. Please be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. - No smoking: We are non-smokers and our house has a strict no smoking policy. Please do not smoke inside the house, or in the front or back yard. - No parties: Please no parties or events. If you would like to invite a friend over for a meal, please ask us first and we will try to work something out. - No pets: We do not allow pets on this property.
Stayed here for a week when working in Melbourne. Perfect house for what we needed and would also be perfect for a place to stay for a holiday to Melbourne. Would definitely book again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shona's property. It was an absolutely delightful experience. We were impressed by the warm hospitality and the attention to detail in terms of all the amenities, which made our stay comfortable and memorable. The property matched the details in the listing – a cozy home like space. The rooms were clean, well decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one needs. The bed was comfortable. The place is located in a peaceful neighborhood. We had rented a car and the private parking was very useful. We were only a few minutes away from local shopping. Our family absolutely loved the place and would love to visit again. I would recommend it most highly!
Located in Cragieburn, we are 25km from the hustle and bustle of the CBD. Cragieburn is known for its green space and slower lifestyle. We are surrounded by parks and green space.
Our street is just off one of the main roads, but it is easily accessible from different directions. It is nice and quiet, and only a few streets away from the motorway that takes you into the city.
We are well placed for shopping centres and eateries, with three separate shopping complexes within a 5 minute drive from the house. Cragieburn Central is the closest, just two streets away. It has a range of food and dining options, along with Woolworths, Coles and Aldi for groceries, Kmart and Big W, and many other banks and retailers. There is even a cinema and a timezone for those of you still young at heart!
There is a pool and rec centre opposite Cragieburn Central, and there are gyms, post offices and many other facilities nearby. There isn't really a need to leave the area!
Cragieburn train station is a 10 minute drive or 20 minute bus. the station is on the Cragieburn line and will take you between here and the Melbourne CBD in about 45 minutes.
There are 2 separate bus lines passing by the house. The closest is the 541, a short 3 minute walk away on Aitken blvd. The other is the 529, a nine minute walk on Brookfield Blvd.
The 541 bus departs approximately every 20 minutes during the day and will take you to Cragieburn central shopping complex in just five minutes.
In the other direction the 541 will take you to Cragieburn Highlands shopping complex in just two minutes. This is the closest supermarket. If you prefer to walk, this will take about 15 minutes (1.2km).
