They charged double the cleaning for two days of staying at the house. By the time we added their cleaning and fees, what would have been somewhat reasonable turned into not reasonable at all. They said it would sleep 15 people (which we said we needed) but wouldn’t provide towels for only 10 people, and no shampoo in any of the bathrooms. We asked for more towels, but they said they couldn’t provide anymore than they had already. We found trash and other items from previous renters throughout the house and closets. The floor was still gritty from previous renters which really stung since I’m sure they were charged an astronomical cleaning fee as well for their stay. Overall the house is cute from its remodel. However they crammed a bunch of bunk beds/trendle in each small room to claim it slept a ton of people to attract a crowd who needed the space, however it is overall too small to house that many people and they won’t provide items to accommodate-which we posted we needed.

This was a good get away. Close to the beach. And piers. Enjoyed the backyard!

The house was exactly as described. But the pool wasn’t clean at all. I sent messages asking for the pool to he cleaned because that was the whole reason my family wanted this airbnb. Ms kitty responded and stated they would send maintenance but no one ever showed up the entire weekend to clean the pool . I would have expected the pool to be clean being this was paid for a month prior.

We really love the house !! The pool was great and location was perfect !! Very responsive when we had questions !! We will definitely come back next year !!

Great location nice place but, had a few maintenance issues during our stay. When we informed the people that manage this property they said they would let maintenance know. What they failed to tell us is that they were sending someone over. They also failed to inform us that there would be a pool guy stopping by on one of the days. Not a big deal but it just seemed like we had a lot of unexpected visitors when the family was just trying to have a relaxing, turn key airbnb vacation.
