The living room has a love seat and chair, coffee table and end table, WIFI, and a 43-inch smart television for watching your favorite entertainment apps. The eat-in kitchen has a cathedral ceiling and a convenient side entrance near the parking area. The kitchen has a dining table with two chairs, a full-size refrigerator, Keurig coffee pot, stove/oven, and microwave. The master bedroom has a king size bed with 100% cotton sheets. The room was originally built as a back porch. In the olden days, the porch floors were built at an angle so that rainwater would run off and not accumulate on the porch. This historical architectural feature along with the coffered ceiling provides a cozy setting for a good night sleep. The flex room/second bedroom has a futon that folds out to a full-size bed. The full-size bathroom is just off the master bedroom and the half bath is next to the flex room/second bedroom.
