Hootin' and Hollerin' is a brand new, centrally located cabin that will comfortably sleep up to 8 with a maximum of 5 adults. The cabin has a white farm house exterior and inside, the tongue and groove walls are a vibrant white and the ceiling has a gorgeous stain. It is a big change from your traditional cabin interior and it looks great! In the tradition of some of our other cabins, there are bunk beds in one bedroom which accommodates 4. There's a ton of room inside and outside space as well. Welcome to Hootin' and Hollerin'. Front Porch Take a seat on a rocking chair and enjoy the morning sun (the cabin faces east) on the front porch. The Great Room The front door leads into the great room, where you have your living / dining space and kitchen. You've got a fully stocked kitchen and all the cooking equipment that you will need. What we can't fit in the kitchen, you'll find in the laundry closet. You have a dining table that seats 6. There's a Pacman arcade game for entertainment. You have a 65" LG Smart TV and we have a Roku box to enable you to watch cable stations, including college football stations. There's a sleeper sofa as well. There are roman shades on all windows so you can make the space dark for those who are on the sofa Primary Bedroom and En-Suite Bathroom The primary bedroom has a queen bed, open closet / dresser and a 50" LG Smart TV. You have an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. We provide a ton of hooks in the bedroom and bathroom and you'll be happy to have them to hang your stuff. You have the roman shades as well so it'll be nice and dark for when you want to sleep late. Bunk Room The bunk room has a king bed and a set of bunks that comfortably accommodate two children. You have a 50" LG Smart TV and an open closet / dresser and it can easily accommodate 4 people. And lots of hooks to hang your stuff! Main Bathroom The Main Bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Laundry Closet Here, you'll find a washer / dryer and a ton of extras on the shelves. You've got washing detergent, pens, pencils, paper, blender and other kitchen equipment, vacuum (in case you need it), hot tub towels and more. Deck and Fire Pit The deck has light and power for the evening time and the fire pit is right next door. We have a 7 seater hot tub located on the side deck. The fire pit has seating for 6 and there is a charcoal grill for when you want to grill. The fire pit has a picket fence around it as this area is on an embankment. The Grounds We own the cabin to the right (The Social Butterfly). You'll share the parking space, but otherwise, you have the space around the cabin.
