The best Airbnb experience to date. Absolutely stunning place. An interesting (art filled, smart layout, special touches, very efficient) house that's beautiful inside and out. The property is in a stunning setting, with towering mountains on each side and incredible views from the master and all living areas. In my experience, most Alaska rentals, no matter how "fancy," are not that great. It's Alaska, after all! Things are difficult to transport, expensive to maintain, (we have a running joke about "Alaska mattresses," lol) etc. Not so here. The hosts understood and executed every detail I could imagine as a frequent traveler in the area. This is an absolute gem. I'm truly blown away. 100% worth every penny.

My favorite things about Matthew & Lana's place: -Matthew and Lana were truly sweet people. -The views-Oh my goodness. -We felt like we were truly taken care of. -The sectional was super nice to curl up on. -The cabin had everything we needed and more. -The bed and pillows were sooo comfortable. -The location was perfect for exploring many Kenai Peninsula areas. -We loved the selection of art, books and board games. -The cozy factor was a ten. We would definitely choose this place again if we get to come back to this area of Alaska.

Matthew and Lana’s place is so peaceful and cute! Everything we needed as far as kitchen and bathroom essentials was available! The place was clean and well kept! We loved all the small touches and attention to detail- it made us feel right at home. The peninsula is so peaceful and beautiful and tons of recommendations were given which helped us as first time Alaskan travelers.

Loved everything about the cabin. Excellent location, the place had all the amenities and was very clean. Matthew and Lana were very responsive and kind. We highly recommend to anyone who is visiting Alaska.
