Absolutely loved this property. Comfortable, luxurious, lovely little touches - will definitely stay again and would 100% recommend. The Tempstay team were really helpful and everything was exactly as promised. Location was incredible, right next to the Long Walk and you could see Windsor castle from the garden. Loved the history of the building and being next door to the pub was a great touch. No noise at all from pub or passers by. Amazing property!

Issues with electric supply, lack of kitchen and lack of heating were unacceptable. Hopefully they figure it out. I hope that they are able to deal with their problems as this place could be great. Location is amazing … right next to the long walk. It is well decorated and facilities are good. But… we had a few serious issues. After we checked in the power supply had an issue and we lost access to power for most kitchen appliances, heating and the entertainment room. They argued with me about it until I contacted air bnb after which they sent a handy man who couldn’t help for the first night. On day 2 they fixed it but I would be happier if they bothered to listen on day 1. Turns out they had an issue with the electric system. The reaction from the property manager was appalling at first as they thought I was exaggerating. Additional issue in the delivery of the parking pass. Cleaners removed it. But they argued i didn’t find it for several hours. Could be better.

Beautiful house, amazing location. Could not recommend enough for accessing Windsor the best time! Pub next door is fabulous!
