There’s lounges, pharmacies, stores, bars, restaurants, Chinchoros among other places to get to know Guayama. A 10 to 20 minute drive to beaches and rivers. I don’t provide the candles. Please understand if the electricity, water, or internet service goes out for a few min or hours I do not have control of it. I am not refunding any amount if this occurs. If it rains do not make any excuse to ask for refund. If you see any Mother Nature animals on the fence or it goes inside the place I do not have control, just scare them away. The place is half of a house with the private entry through a different location than the other half of the house that’s located on another street. Is completely private. Ceiling is zinc very high ceiling and the rest of the house is cement concrete. Terrace has bamboos, wood, pvc panels and cement areas. Some minor areas need work.
