The bungalow-style house is intended for four people and contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms. These comfortable facilities makes the villa ideal for two friendly couples, as there is the possibility here for you to be together and yet still have your own areas and spaces that are just for you. The interior is predominantly presented in a rustic-antique style and is accentuated with modern fittings here and there. The result is a highly individual charm that is almost enjoyable, so to speak. The walls and floors are bright and, in combination with the exposed beam ceilings, lend the premises a welcoming, cosy atmosphere. The open-plan living/dining room contains a large window, a fireplace, two snug sofas and an generously-sized dining table. The integrated kitchen is fully furnished and provides you with everything you could possibly need to cater to your everyday, kitchen-related holiday needs. This includes a cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, kettle and Goteo coffee machine. In both of the tastefully designed bedrooms, a peaceful mood awaits those of you looking for rest and relaxation. There is one bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and, for an added touch of luxury, an adjoining en-suite bathroom with large shower. The second bedroom contains two single beds measuring 0.90 m x 2.00 m. The second bathroom is fitted with a bathtub. With WIFI available throughout the house, there is nothing standing in the way of you connecting to the outside world. A kettle and hairdryers are provided for your convenience, so there is no need for you to waste luggage space by bringing your own with you from home. This villa is set in a one-of-a-kind location. You can quickly and easily get to the holiday resorts of Cala Millor, Canyamel, Cala Rajada, Capdepera and Artà by car. Around the main beach of Cala Bona runs a little promenade with a number of cafés and restaurants with terraces from where you can enjoy the magnificent sea view. In the harbour you can sit with an early morning coffee and watch the fishing boats as they head out to sea, or in the evenings you can sample tasty tapas. For extensive shopping experiences, you are best off visiting the neighbouring Cala Millor (4 km). Close to Cala Bona, there are an astounding three 18-hole golf courses. In addition, you can experience lovely days out to Manacor, for example, or the spectacular stalactite cave system of "Cueves del Drach".
