I stayed at Payson's house together with 4 friends for a week around New Year's Eve. I was already familiar with London but was traveling with people who had never been there, so the priority for us was to find a spacious accomodation well connected to all the main attractions in the city. In this respect, Payson's house met our expectations excellently. We checked in through neighbors who welcomed us with utmost kindness; Payson, on the other hand, proved to be an extremely reactive and friendly host, texting me often to find out how everything was going with our stay, and even when I told him that I had lost one of the keys, he did not get upset but we quickly found a solution to the problem. The house is very nice, structured on three floors and especially suitable for families with children. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and although we often returned late at night, we never felt in danger. Thank you Payson! We would still gladly stay at your place again!

The place is wonderful and well described as photos. It feels like living in London for those who want to have that experience. Payson is very helpful and responsive in answering all our questions. All in all, it is recommended place to stay for you to experience London

Cozy and charming family home a 10 min walk from the Dollis Hill tube stop that takes you to central London in 30-40 min. Payson was very responsive and kind. We loved our stay!

Beautiful quiet family home with garden. Within short walk of a Tube Station. Beautiful parks nearby.
