Nicely updated home!
I enjoyed everything about this space. My family and I came in for a high school graduation in a city we didn't live in - Luke made it easy to get there, even after airline delays and was beyond responsive. The house is adorable and so spacious. Hope to re-book on our trip back to Charlotte!
The house was really nice, everything you need to feel at home. Plenty of towels, washing machine, cozy backyard space. I would book this same home again.
Nice good place to stay
We had a few issues with our stay and while we occasionally received a response, our issues were never addressed. Internet did not work, house was dirty (windows, light fixtures, floors, baseboards, return air vent), grass/weeds were almost knee high upon arrival, burned out lightbulbs in several rooms, very noisy location. We were in town for a very large event that requires the need for internet to keep track of the event for weather and event updates. Zero effort was made to try to resolve this issue. Our stay was from Thursday-Wednesday, so there was more than enough time to at least address it! I sent several pictures depicting the cleanliness of the home. Overall, very disappointed in the condition of the house, lack of desire to address our concerns and problems.
