The host was ill prepared for us. During checking in I had to explicitly request for 3rd bedroom to be opened and found the room didn't have a curtain. There was also no TV in the house. We arrived at night and the entire space was very hot. Unfortunately there was only 1 broken fan for the 3 bdrm house. Communicated all this to the host and the next day the space turned into a construction zone. Note the pictures are professionally taken so can be deceptive because it's obvious this is a new build that's still being worked on. We were unable to use the space for a day and host agreed to a refund but claimed they could only process half due to taxes and bank fees and after escalating to Airbnb they switched story to only half was due because we used the space for half a day. I found this to be sketchy. Airbnb did issue a full refund. There's a perpetual lack of integrity with this host and listing that left us uncomfortable. Would have checked out after day 1 but town was full

We really enjoyed our stay at Christina's house. We like the location, very quiet, spacious, clean and beautiful. There is also nice view of Mt. Kilimanjaro at the backyard. Daniel was helpful and was there for us anytime. Cleaning was done thoroughly We had some issue with power outage due to shortage of national grid, however I understand they have a plan to install power backup/solar system. Thank you Christina and team, we will not hesitate to come again at your house.

D'abord Merci à Christina pour ton aide et assistance pour rapport aux endroits à visiter. J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Christina, Christinaa été très réactive et surtout flexible par rapport à mon arrivée. Un logement très reposé, malgré les nombreuses activités, j'ai pu me reposer les nuits grâce à la tranquillité des lieux. Un restaurant est à 3 minutes à pieds où on peut profiter des plats locaux et occidentaux. Le voisinage est très gentil. Le truc en plus que j'ai le plus apprécié est le fait que le logement est un peu en retrait de la ville, ainsi zéro pollution sonore. Je recommande fortement le logement de Christina.

I stayed in this Airbnb together with my girlfriends for 3 nights. We were the first guests but we were really impressed how well prepared everything was. The home is very modern, has a lot of space and is well equipped. Also the surrounding area is really beautiful! We've got everything we needed and the hosts were very helpful, supportive and easy to reach. They even prepared some firewood for us for a bonfire which was really nice and reacted to every request by our side in no time. Also they've been super friendly all the time. For the nights there was even a security guard at the property, so no worries at all about your safety and belongings. All in all it was a really great time and we would always come here again if we were in that area. I can recommend this Airbnb to everybody who is looking for a (quiet) place to stay close to Moshi.
