The house is beautiful and very comfortable. There were 9 of us, and we had plenty of room. We would highly recommend and would stay again.

This home is for sale and although it probably was originally intended to be a rental house, it lacks a lot of items you would normally find in a rental property. . Hand soap in the bathrooms, measuring cups/spoons mixing bowls facial tissues. Bath towels and washcloths were sparse for a house that sleeps 10 people. There is a community pool but no beach towels. The wifi password was not functional and although Robin tried to fix it, I didn’t have time to go searching for the modem and participate in a troubleshooting session. The house is brand new beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the house was spotless. The door code and alarm system was very user friendly. The thermostats were a litlittle challenging though. Robin was very responsive. I asked if there was a possibility to check in a little earlier than 4 pm because my party had an engagement in DeLand at 6 and needed to unload our cars and get cleaned up. Her response was Check-in is at 4 PM.

We were in town for a soccer tournament. Robin was extremely on top of all communication. Homes is absolutely stunning. Neighborhood/community was peaceful/easy to navigate and neighbors were friendly. Master bathrooms were really lovely. Having the 5 bathrooms was HUGE with 5 teenage girls! 2 separate living rooms so girls could chill down while the adults enjoyed time together as well.
