This mid-century designer flat provide chill vibes to relax with family and friends. The unit is furnished having frequent travellers & long staying guests in mind. It is equipped with FAST and reliable Wi-Fi connection. Located at Avant Tower at Bonifacio Global City, everything is just a few steps away from restaurants, bars and shopping malls for your convenience. This is your home away from home!! **Confirmed reservations made after April 20, 2024 onwards can avail free parking You will be staying in a spacious 2BR flat unit. Airbeds are available for additional guests for a fee. The unit has 2.5 bathrooms with a heater and bidet washers. A 50 in TV with Netflix is installed for viewing. Strong internet for remote work and surfing is also available. The unit is thoughtfully interiored for comfort and relaxation. Kitchen is well appointment with all the necessary appliances to guarantee a wonderful stay. Additional cooking utensils and pots dining plates, a french coffee press are also included. Note: * Free parking can be availed for confirmed booking date after Apr 20, 2024. E.g. Date of booking: April 21, reservations dates May 1-10, 2024; Free parking is applicable. * If the booking date is before Apr 20, and the reservation date is after April 20, then Free Parking is not available. The place was great! Very near food establishments. Host was responsive. I booked 2 rooms with them and everything went well. Only comment is that the wifi signal is not reachable in the room. This is manageable so if given another time, i would still book with this host.

Patrick is a great host, always responsive, pro active and really kind. Accommodation was perfect location and good quality vs price. Would book again.
