Our expectations were exceeded in this cozy cottage! We had no problem with street parking for our SUV, which we were a little concerned about based on previous reviews. The cottage was clean and comfortable with a good sized, fully fenced backyard and relaxing hot tub. It is perfectly located for taking a day trip to Mammoth Cave National Park, visiting Louisville & New Albany, and going to Brown County State Park where we were fortunate to experience the total solar eclipse.

Nice relaxing weekend. Hot tub was a bonus and the years is huge! In a quiet neighborhood and easy to get to stores and restaurants.

Jonathan was flexible in adding an extra night to our stay. I booked this house for myself, sister, and her 2 yr old. Unfortunately we arrived to a home that was not clean. When I booked the extra night I asked Jonathan if it was clean and he did say yes it should be. There were dishes in the sink, clumps of dog hair throughout the house, dog food on the floor in the bedroom along with dirty sheets on a made bed. Jonathan did bring us clean sheets to put on the bed. When we removed the sheets we found a large pee spot on the mattress cover. With a small child in the house we could not wait for until the next day for a cleaner to come in. We swept the floors, changed the sheets, washed the mattress cover, and cleaned the bathtub. Instead of refunding the $50 cleaning fee we paid, Jonathan was only willing to have someone come out and re-clean the house after we had already cleaned it. This was very disappointing as I was informed he was getting a free cleaning from the cleaning company
