Had a wonderful 10 day stay George and Dennis's place. Highly recommended! Pros: beautiful scenery, beautiful decor, very clean, quiet, mountain scenery, well equipped kitchen, lovely books and record player, very gracious and attentive hosts. Cons: 1st floor guesthouse (noisy foot falls), lots of outside stair steps down to 1st floor, very steep incline when parking (it's on a mountain!), barking dogs, eco kitchen equipment (induction stove, fridge at 50 degrees, no garbage disposal, etc)

My fiance and I made a last minute quick weekend trip up for a wedding expo! The little time we were there, George’s place at the Nest was a home away from home! Cute! Cozy! Comfortable! Beautiful sunrises! Thank you George and Denis!!

This was the 4th or 5th visit to this “Nest”. We have been pleased each time. This was the first time we had our dog with us… he hadn’t traveled in 7+ years, but was quickly at home with many places to walk! Great stay!

We love this place! We’ve stayed several times while building a home over 1300 miles from our current home. This place is a peaceful , comfortable respite from our stressful days of decisions! George & Dennis are very responsive & helpful. And, the unit is very comfortable and cheery.
