Its a hectic area and much noise from outside. But you can get everything in a walking distance. And walk to town is easy. Not prefer during much rain, mud and water on the road outside. But i like it.
clean place near CBD
I would not book this place again. We did not feel comfortable with so many cockroaches in the house and I couldn’t kill them all, so we put up our own camping moskito net around the bed to have a “better feeling”The bed was clean though. Suger etc was open in the kitchen so this probably attracts insects, too. The pictures in the listing makes the apartment look being in a better condition. The neighbourhood did not seem safe, the road is in a bad condition and in the side street we observed some weird business going on during night time. In the middle of the night we woke up because of the constant beeping of the power device, where I guess the credit was probably over. We only used the fan… We couldn’t stop the beeping the whole night. We didn’t have any internet during our stay which is unfortunate when you have a foreign phone. We shared this and the “cockroach info” with the host. She responded quickly she would take care of it, but nothing had changed until we checked out.

The host was unresponsive The security guard was rude and very annoying. Parking is very small and you may have to park outside.
