Available May and June. This property is fully furnished and equipped with all basic provisions. The property has 5 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds, 3 with Queens. There are two separate living areas dividing the house into 2 distinct wings making this home perfect for those looking to work from home in peace and quiet. The internet is connected to Starlink and is super fast for multiple devices and perfect for video calls such as zoom. There are No visible neighbours and the only noises are the tranquil sounds of nature. This is our family home and we are looking for long term stay minimum 30 days up to 90 days max, as we are away travelling. Pool is fully functioning and will be serviced by our pool maintenance guy at our expense. The Spa is not in use for hot water or heating. The spa is available to swim in, however will be cold and the same temperature as the pool. Our service cleaner will come and clean the house every 2 weeks for 4 hours, however she will not change/wash bed linen, towels or take out the rubbish. The cost of the cleaner will be paid by us. Pets are welcome upon approval :) This is our family home, and there is a strict no party policy.
