Our lovely converted barn feels cosy, yet is also spacious. It offers a peaceful courtyard location with 3 allocated parking spaces and a small walled garden with seating area. With many beauty spots within easy reach and the nearest beach about 50 mins picturesque drive away, it is ideally located. The barn is approximately one mile from Newtown town centre where you’ll find a range of independent shops and a beautiful park through which the river Severn runs. The barn has a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob; microwave; air fryer; slow cooker; fridge/freezer; dishwasher; washing machine; dining table and chairs. The living room has two sofas and a television with Sky. There is an additional 'snug' with comfy armchairs. Downstairs there is also a shower room with toilet. There are three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and TV. Please note that bedroom 3 is accessed through bedroom 2 and has a double bed and a single bed.

We have recently concluded our stay at your establishment and would like to express our utmost appreciation for the exceptional experience we had. The accommodations were meticulously clean and the surrounding environment was simply breathtaking. The convenient location, just a short stroll from the town center, added to the overall appeal of the property. A group of 6 of us stayed at this cosy barn. We loved our stay and Helen went the extra mile to make sure we are comfortable and happy. The beds are nice and comfy, everything was beautifully clean - we do not have any complaints. I strongly recommend this barn, hosts are lovely and so is the place.

Absolutely beautiful place. Felt right at home with everything you wanted supplied. Clean, tidy and well equipped and looked after. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a secluded and quiet get away. Thanks Helen.

Newtown is a small market town in mid Wales approximately 14 miles from Welshpool. It has a range of independent shops and several supermarkets and restaurants. The river Severn runs through the town and there is a beautiful park with riverside walks; children's play areas; a skate park and a visitors centre with a cafe offering drinks, ice creams, snacks and meals. Newtown is conveniently situated to visit the beautiful Welsh countryside with forests and reservoirs to explore within just a few miles. The seaside town of Aberystwyth is about a 50 minute drive away, as is the beautiful seaside village, Aberdyfi along a wonderful stretch of coastline.
The barn is situated about one mile from the centre of Newtown in a quiet leafy area.
