We had a fantastic stay! The space has been beautifully renovated with a great ski cabin aesthetic, which we loved. We were able to stay with 6 people and a dog very comfortably, especially because the couch is so large. The only downside for space is that the kitchen table only seats 4. We skied multiple days and really loved coming back to the hot tub after a long day! They have towels, but if you’re there with a lot of people I would bring some of your own, as they are limited and we had to wash/dry some over our stay to have enough. We had some trouble using the wood stove due to excessive smoke, but I believe that was because of heavy rain the week before that had dampened the wood in the basement. We were able to use the electric heater in the living room instead! Highly recommend this stay if you’re looking to be close to Sunday River!!

Great little house for a weekend getaway! Everything was just as described, looked just like the photos! House was super cozy and great for relaxing after a stressful year. Well stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances that was a joy to cook in. The hot tub was a delightful treat, easy to operate and tucked privately at the back of the house. Hosts were super responsive to a few questions and extremely friendly. It is right on a road, we hardly noticed the noise as we live in a busy neighborhood, just don’t expect total silence and you won’t be bothered. Overall we had a great time and would absolutely stay again!

This place is absolutely wonderful! It was incredibly easy to find and on a road that wasn't completely torn up like a lot of roads around Airbnb's near mountain resorts. The hot tub was lovely after a long day on the mountain. We also got a rain storm during our stay that took a lot of power out in the area, but being on the main road we had no worries. The hosts were quick to respond and everything we needed was in the home. Also LOVED the water filter, we're water sommeliers. We will definitely be staying here again when we go back to Sunday River!

My family of six, including three teenagers, and a dog, enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a cozy place with a well appointed kitchen close to Sunday River and we got it! While staying at the house we skied Sunday River two-three days, enjoyed a Thanksgiving meal in the extremely well-stocked kitchen, went on a hike with our dog just 1.5 miles down the road at Mystery Mountain Trail, our teens accessed the closest gym which was a half hour away, spent lots of time in the hot tub and enjoyed the great books and games available in the house. Something for everyone. Thank you for sharing your adorable home with us! We hope to stay again soon.

Very cute & functional mountain style home. On a main road which resulted in some traffic noise but made it easy to get to. No restaurants or shopping in the area, ended up heading to Bethel for shopping etc. Great hot tub & privacy as it’s located at the back of the house, access through the back guest bedroom. Evolve staff were great, checking in throughout the trip. Would rent again.
