This is a nice place if you want to relax. The host and caretaker is very responsive. He provided clear and complete instructions so you have nothing to worry about once you arrive. It's good for a small family or barkada staycation (3 pax). Overall, what I liked the most: - Seamless check-in process 👌 (self check-in using keypad) - Clean bathroom with complimentary toiletries. - AC is working fine. Perfect for this very hot weather! - Nice and clean pool area. This place is highly recommended for me. Thanks Neil! 🙌

Would recommend it for first-time airbnb users. The place was easy to find, the room felt cozy and neat. Commendable aspects are: the silverwares and plates are stored in a closed rack, the wifi and the television works perfectly, and the bathroom feels homey. The amenities are plenty. A few suggestions though: provide a thicker blanket, provide the proper lids for the pots and pans, and clean the exhaust on the kitchen because it smells like oil when we use it. It’s very effective though. Overall, a pleasant stay 🥰

Mr. Neil's place is so comfy, you'll definitely feel at home. The check-in process was hassle-free. i would definitely recommend this property based on the price location and quick response from the host. Thanks for the prompt responses and explanation for my questions and concerns. We had a great time spending our short vacation in his place.

I really love the place! It's vibrant, pleasing to the eyes and very welcoming. It is well cleaned and maintained that you will really feel at home. Neil and his caretaker was very responsive to our queries. I will definitely come back and book again! 5 star overall!
