Clear instructions to find the accommodation and getting inside. However, on arrival, the house has so many mosquitoes inside that we had to immediately leave. The front door was wide open on arrival. Informed the operator of the problem; response was that I should have told them when I was arriving - even though they had sent numerous messages to arrive no earlier than 3pm (we arrived at 4pm). Then had to check in to a hotel and no refund from this place.

Unreal loation if you are planning to get out of the city for a weekend. The place was exactly how it looked in the photos and description. Would definitely reccomend to others.

The front door handle broke upon entry (it appeared to be glued to the door?), the main bathroom shower knob came loose whilst turning it to have a shower, and the kitchen tap is very loose as well. In addition, we wanted to use the BBQ but it was left really dirty, and the key for the glass sliding door just keeps spinning around and around and was a bit temperamental to lock it from the outside. The space was beautiful and we enjoyed our time together very much, however it was disappointing so many things seemed faulty. Our already lovely experience here would have been greatly improved had these things been attended to! Many thanks for having us.
