This little apartment is perfect! Great location, tidy, clean and stylish. The view from the balcony and afternoon sunlight were pleasant surprises.

It is a lovely place, clean, had most things you need but sadly it wasn’t a good fit for us as a home away from home. If you just need a place to sleep and will be out and about, it will be fine. The curtains are too thin, offered no privacy at night and it was too bright during the day. Tv placement was right next to the curtains so you couldn’t watch tv during the day due to the glare, and there was a blind missing (above the desk) so the bedroom wasn’t dark if you wanted to sleep in or needed to sleep during the day. All that was needed was a second block out curtain. No draws to keep clothes that couldn’t be hung up. Also issue with the parking. Secure parking was needed, I checked and was advised it was 2.2 to 2.3. Due to the angle at the entrance and the sprinklers, probably 2m to be on the safe side, so it was a last minute rush to find secure parking elsewhere at a further expense.

Great little apartment in the heart of Northcote. right next to the 86 line and several others within a short walking distance. I travel full-time so I really appreciate the extra little touches and a well stocked place where I can easily cook and feel at home. This apartment was nice enough but lacked the touches for that added comfort, like a fan in the bedroom, or containers for leftover food, or a sponge in the kitchen sink. when I arrived the apartment wasn't up to standards for cleanliness but the hosts quickly got someone in for another clean once I mentioned this to them. While we didn't have any communication before i arrived, they were very quick to respond to my questions or concerns once I was checked in. They were also flexible with my checkout which was greatly appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay at Melanie’s place. Great position, tram and trains vet handy and great places to eat close by. The apartment had everything you need for home away from home in Melbourne.
