The Apartment: Our loft spans 66 square meters and comfortably accommodates four guests with two bedrooms with queen-sized beds. It features unique Japanese-style shoji screens, double-height ceilings, and large-scale windows offering an abundance of natural lights and views of the bustling Brunswick Street below. The apartment also includes Air-con, blackout blinds and a Nespresso machine with complimentary pods. The Building - 'Sun Apartments': Our apartment is located within the renowned, heritage-listed 'Sun Apartments' Building, built in 1929. Sun Apartments is steeped in rich history, housing some of Australia's most iconic newspapers until 1996, at which point, the building was converted into unique residential warehouse-style apartments. Staying at Sun Apartments allows you to step into a piece of Brisbane's past while enjoying the modern amenities within this heritage apartment. Fully Self-Contained: Our loft is fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied. Kitchen supplies include tea, coffee, sugar, milk, olive oil, salt, pepper and cleaning supplies. Bathrooms are stocked with a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and toilet paper. An iron, ironing board and vacuum are also supplied. Car parking: We can offer a secure onsite car park for $45 per night. Please note the maximum car size is 1950mm (H) x 2000mm (W) x 5000mm(L). Please let us know before your arrival if you require a car park.
