Imagine a bygone time when this was the only bathroom for the entire house, which probably served 5-6 people. Eek! The back deck is delightful for coffee during our spectacular Kentucky sunrise or a cold adult beverage in the evening. There are plenty of great spots to read, sit quietly, or take in the sounds of the birds and hum of the small city life. The backyard spaces provide plentiful space to spread out and relax under the twinkling lights and colorful, fun decor. During cooler weather, you can enjoy the fire pit and have a cocktail by the fire. THINGS TO KNOW • Please note that primary renters of 25 and older are preferred • All guests entering the home must be registered and listed on the reservation • ENTRANCE with the digital keyless door lock • ONE Free Parking Space in a shared driveway • One additional FREE parking space is available on the opposite side of the road from the home (note city parking signs) • Spectrum very fast High-Speed Internet (500+ speeds) • No parties or gatherings in the home (per local ordinance). • All guests must follow local ordinances and laws • Washer, dryer, and starter laundry detergent are provided • No smoking or vaping allowed in the home; a $500 fee will be charged. • Approved NA /HOA animals only. $60 per pet per NIGHT.
