ホストはとても親切でした！何か分からないことがあり質問すればすぐ返答があります。喉が乾燥して加湿器の有無を聞いたところ、手配してくれました。部屋も綺麗で、駅からは少し遠いですが、バス停が近くであるため交通アクセスは良く、それに比べて値段は安いです🫶

업무상 출장으로 방문했는데 깔끔하고 편안한, 더할 나위 없는 숙소였습니다. 근방을 다 찾았는데 이런 가격대비 좋은 시설을 이용할 수 있는 곳이 없었습니다. 사진과 동일하게 방 컨디션이 좋아서 인상 깊었습니다. 인테리어가 심플하고 큰 옷장과 우드 침대, 밝고 아늑한 공간. 방도 쾌적함을 유지하도록 세심히 관리하는 느낌이 들었습니다. 침구가 산뜻했고 화장실도 깨끗했습니다. 호스트의 응답이 빠르고, 체크인부터 친절히 챙겨주어 큰 불편함 없이 머물 수 있었습니다. 동네 만의 분위기가 조용하고 고려대, 카이스트 연구소가 가깝습니다. 지하철 역과도 멀지 않고 바로 앞에 버스정류장이 있어 시내로 이동하기 편했습니다. 주방에서 간단한 식사를 하고 업무를 보거나 세탁기, 건조기를 사용할 수 있었습니다. 방 청소와 분리수거를 직접해야 하는데 청소도구가 잘 갖추어져 있네요. 월1회 무료 청소를 해주고 별도의 유료 청소를 요청할 수도 있습니다. 입구에 흰 고양이가 자주 다니는데 통통하고 귀엽네요. :) 다음 출장때 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

I've stayed in Art n Stay for about a month and if i could summarize in a word would be: perfect! Howard always replyed fast and everytime was of great help with any help that i've needed, not only about the place, but also how to get there and how the room service worked! The place is identical to the announcement and is immaculate, very clean and very minimalistic(wich i like a lot!). The check-in and check-out was super easy and everything was incredible! Would recommend Art n Stay 10 out of 10 times to anyone staying in Seoul for tourism or visiting someone! Agora em pt/br para os brasileiros visitando Seoul, o lugar é incrível, bem limpo, o anfitrião responde bem rápido e a cozinha comunitária é super funcional e limpa também! O lugar é bem seguro, tem câmera pra ver quem entra e quem sai. Os arredores são cheios de restaurantes, lojas de conveniências, mercado e cafés para visitar. Recomendo demais o lugar para quem estiver touristando, vistando alguém ou só precise dormir bem!

Howard is an amazing and helpful host. He is very responsive and had many good suggestions of places to go and things to do. He was also quick to respond if I needed anything at all. I really enjoyed my time at Art N Stay. The pictures accurately showed the exact room that I stayed in, and the area is close to many restaurants and things to do. It is not far from several bus stops, and the metro station is fairly close. The Airbnb is very clean, and has many amenities. I stayed for a month, and I was very happy and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Seoul!
