The house is nice. However, the Airbnb is advertised as having 6 beds, but 1 of these "beds" is a tiny foldout pleather couch that was too small to fit an of our adult guests. This was not indicated in the listing. There were also not enough towels in the bathrooms. We found some spares in a utility closet, but they were stained, and shredded with holes in them. Also, there weren't enough bedsheets for the spare futon bed, and the pullout "bed" mentioned earlier.

We were three sisters and our husbands staying here to have a quick getaway together. We enjoyed the house. It was in a convenient location. It was easy to find, and was close to restaurants and not too far from the freeway.

The house was just like in the pictures. It is in a great location in Summerlin and only a few minutes to the freeway. It's in a very quiet neighborhood and very private home at the end of a cul-de-sac. All of the rooms were very comfortable and the living areas were perfect for our 3 families to spend time together and the 3 full bathrooms are a plus. The house feels very cozy yet spacious and fresh. Mindy was a great host. She was very proactive and communicated very well. Our mini family reunion of 5 adults and 3 children had nothing but positive things to say from first walking in to the home until our checkout. Thank you Mindy!

Super responsive host, very clean, tons of space, and close to everything we needed. We will be back for sure!
