My family and I had a decent stay. A major concern of mine were the old windows that allowed sound and noise from the contractors across the street as the master bedroom was directly to the front of the apartment, there was duct tape on most of windows, concerning. The bedrooms were spacious and living room was a good size. The kitchen cabinets are old and worn. The area was residential and seemed safe, if you do not know your way around Nassau, it could be a challenge to find the place. As a frequent traveler, check out time was 10:00am and I did not enjoy being charged an additional $20 per hour for a later check out considering that check in is all the way at 4:00pm (we got in at 9pm) and there were NO arrivals the day we departed, sometimes, it is fine to be human and considerate because you never know if you may have lost a returning guest for the love of money.

There was duct tape around all the windows. My cab driver had difficulty finding the house and when we called for help the host said, “if you can’t find it, take it up with Airbnb”. The house is in a residential area. You’ll need a cab or rental car, nothing is walkable. The house across the bnb is an abandon building that is falling apart. We left early and did not continue our stay.
