Rob’s place was great. A cozy mountain getaway, clean, modern, has everything we needed. Rob was a responsive and proactive host, gave us our privacy but also engaged in conversation when the opportunity came. Highly recommend! Also the bed is INCREDIBLY comfortable.

Valentine's getaway turned delightful after rain rerouted us from Morro Bay to this secluded gem. Perfect for disconnecting, its peaceful ambiance let us unwind. Host Rob was exceptional - responsive and attentive. The loft boasted modern, industrial chic with stunning custom woodwork, blending style with warmth. It was spotlessly clean, adding to our comfort. The kitchen, a dream for cooking, had everything we needed for a romantic dinner. The bed was sheer comfort, ensuring deep rest, complemented by a great shower. Though rain kept us from the inviting patio and BBQ, the loft's design and proximity to exquisite dining like Inn of the Seventh Ray, plus easy grocery runs (15 min away), enriched our stay. We're already planning our return to this quiet retreat that felt like a world apart. Ideal for couples seeking tranquility with convenience. Will definitely stay again.

Rob's place was perfect! Wonderful location, great communication and everything was super clean and new. All of the details of the house were very thoughtful and well designed. We would definitely stay again and are going to keep in mind to share with friends and family.
