This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit is on the second floor of an oceanfront building, so not only will you enjoy the oceanview from your balcony but it will only take a few minutes to walk to the beach. The resort is known for it's amenities, which include outdoor pools, indoor pools, hot tubs, a gym, basketball court, tennis courts, and more! Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat. Parking: BEGINNING JAN 1ST 2024, THERE IS $20 PER CAR FEE AT THE SECURITY GATE TO PARK IN THE RESORT.
