Enjoy this spacious and comfortable stay as the only guest, with your own bathroom for short or long stay in the central area. Located next to the biggest green park of Auckland, it also has convenient access to train stations and bus stops to take you everywhere. Pick-up may be available with very reasonable charges. This is free for guests staying for 7 nights or more. Please ask for the availability. The room is one of the three bedrooms in a classic middle-class house built in the 1940s, but renovated and expanded for a few times throughout these years. It has a built-in wardrobe and plenty of space for your storage and luggage.

This was my first time staying in an air b&b I didn’t have the entire property to myself. So at first, I was a little skeptical, but the room was really nice, the energy in the house is really good, and I really enjoyed my stay. It still felt private due to the layout of the house. The bed is quite firm so be prepared for that. Once I took my sleeping supplements I slept really really well. I loved working at the desk in the room. Sichen and Alex are lovely and I’d definitely stay here again.

This is a very safe, scenic, and traditionally middle-class area with its reputation well-established in the town. Neighbours know each other and strangers greet you on streets.
It is 5 mins walk away from Cornwall Park - the largest green park of Auckland, and 15-20 mins walk from the nearest Supermarket, train station, bus stops, and multiple restaurants. Parking is available at all time.
