The studio itself was good- clean and in a great location. However, the host sent unclear instructions on how to get in. He told me he would be waiting for us when we arrived to let us in and show us around. No one ever showed up or responded to my messages or calls. Even now after check in he has not responded to me. There was no key in the location stated so we had the door unlocked whenever we had to leave. He didn’t even answer to Airbnb customer support. The stay was fine, the communication with the host was awful.

Sensational short stay in the jazz room at Rank. I booked the day before the check in day which caused a small hiccup but the team at Rank were amazing and sorted it all out very quickly. Great location for the station and walking through the town. I loved attending their speakeasy Jazz swing dancing night on Monday!

Excellent location right in the middle of the city. Close to train station which was very handy because I came and left Zurich by train.
