Kasilof River is 24 miles, Ninilchik River is 1 mile, Deep Creek Recreational and tractor boat launch 4 miles and Ninilchick is 1 mile. Multiple local fishing charters for halibut and salmon. Volcano views. -One-bedroom Cabin on 3 acres. -Constructed 2022-2023. -Back deck with barbeque. -Picnic table on the back deck. -Front deck -Gravel drive -Partial grass area -Outside water hydrant with a hose -Small stainless steel fish table for use for processing fish. An absolute outstanding home!! Everything was as listed and even better. Any questions we had were answered immediately and politely. Million dollar views of the volcanos and the Cook Inlet were amazing. Blackout blinds were a plus and the bed was so comfortable. Bald Eagles and moose were fun to watch. We will be using this home each time we visit.
Kate was very responsive and gave clear instructions on how to find the location, the home was squeaky clean with beautiful cliffside views of the ocean, It is just a short drive down the road to Ninilchik. I can see my family staying here again in the future.
This cottage is immaculate and has stunning views of cooks inlet and volcanoes. It was such a beautiful night that a mother moose and her calf walked by right outside the back windows. It was pretty awesome and I would stay here again in a heartbeat . A very warm, and relaxing experience.
If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful, clean, well-equipped, comfortable, cabin to stay in in a great location with an amazing view, look no further. Standing outside and breathing the fresh crisp air while looking across the inlet to the majestic mountains immediately unwinds any care in the world. Being able to cook meals when we chose or drive a couple of minutes to Rosco's or a little further to Homer or Soldotna made it a perfect location. Kate has been so thoughtful in equipping the cabin to ensure guests have all of the comforts of home. We can't wait to go back!

Easy access off of Sterling Hwy. Plenty of parking, including for a boat. The property has a good gravel base driveway and turnaround.
