the apartment is small, this is hong kong but the value for money was excellent, I stayed a month. most important the place was very clean, they have a weekly cleaner and the guest that stayed were very tidy. kitchen is small enough for basics and everything works as should and plenty of space in the large fridge, washing machine also works perfectly. the roof terrace was also a bonus, it was clean and tidy. if you want to have a little group dinner, hot pot or a barbecue then it's perfect. it's 3 floors but wasn't a problem for me.

The neighborhood was interesting and had lots of places close by to eat. The bedroom was clean and had good air-conditioning. The shower worked well. There is a washing machine available and an area on the top floor for hanging clothes. Charles was friendly and polite to deal with.
