5 days & loved every minute. The condo is a lot nicer than the pics show. The resort is well kept. Tiki hut bar/grill is good! That and the elevators is the main reason I chose Regency Towers. I saw complaints about other resorts & the elevators. We had no issues & this condo is on the 5th floor and corner. It’s quiet and didn’t near any noise from the neighbors. The condo is bigger than the pics show. Held 10 people comfortably. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of pillows but NO extra blankets. Bathrooms- The sink and tub was clogged. I was able get sink cleared but not the tub. It sucked but we dealt with it! He needs to get it fixed asap. Kitchen- is perfect! everything you need. All TVs have Roku. Ceiling fans are remote and complicated. He should give directions, I figured it out but took awhile. One of the rooms couldn’t turn light off and keep fan only! I unhooked the bulb so we could get fan going! I would most def stay again!

The place was nice and looked clean but didn’t feel very clean. The ground was sandy and the floors left my white socks very dirty. The fan in one of the rooms was very hard to work. The fan would not stay on with the light off. The patio was very sticky and dirty. It made it hard to enjoy the views because of it. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms and no extra blankets were provided. Hoping this review will help future reservations.

Let me start with the things that I loved about Marc’s place! The decor is very cute, easy beach and pool access, and we appreciated the abundance of kitchenware for our use. Now for the things I did not love.. It was not clean; tidy, sure, but not clean enough to warrant a $300 cleaning fee. The bottoms of our feet were BLACK on day 1 from just walking around the condo. One of the shower drains was severely clogged - standing in 2 inches of filthy water clogged. I let the host know about this and never received a response, so we had 6 women sharing 1 shower for 5 days. I would have been understanding if they weren’t able to address the problem right away, but to not even get a response was a bit ridiculous. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, but thanks for having us Marc.

Exactly like the pictures - decor was so cute and space was clean & organized & stocked. Instructions were so easy, we literally didn’t have to contact host for anything on our trip. 10/10 🌴
