Pros: The beds were very comfortable, most of the space was clean, lots of room with two sitting areas and large bedrooms. There is a coffee shop right across the street and it it close to downtown and the East Village. Cons: While it is disclosed that there is a busy street outside it is not disclosed that there is also a busy train route across the street that is quite loud in the apartment. There was no internet as stated(we did not bother contacting the owner), there was hair in the shower. The Keurig coffee maker was broken and unusable. One bedroom was lacking any covering on one window and the other two windows had a thin sheet like covering that did not cover the entire window or give good privacy. Again, on a busy street where privacy is needed. Listing also says Darkening window coverings. Neither room had those. Lighting is all fluorescent ceiling lights except 2 lamps in bedrooms. Light switch for main rooms is outside the door on the interior stair landing.

Overall a great place to stay. This is our second time staying and will be back.

Nice place. Downtown district with a lot to do. Great location for going on motorcycle rides.

Exactly like the pictures. It was a commercial space converted into a cute place to stay. Much more space than you would imagine. Very private.

the place was nice enough, but the entryway leading upstairs was dirty and there were a lot of spiders around the entrance. the bathroom/plumbing could definitely use some improvements (when you touch the toilet the bathroom sink gurgles a bunch) and the kitchen floor is buckling and a bit of a tripping hazard. the beds were comfortable but the futon should be upgraded if someone is realistically expected to sleep on it. we enjoyed the decor and the location for what we had going on that week.
