Overall a good stay. A few minor hiccups that were timely resolved. The sliding door is very tricky to open. If it wasn’t for the men in our group we probably wouldn’t be able to use the patio area. Pool was a perfect size for our group of 5. Nice lounge chairs available. There weren’t any instructions on how to turn on the AC it’s the switch next to the thermostat that has a covering over it so we weren’t sure if it could be used but figured it out. If the nights are cold I recommend getting the heated pool because you’d have to wait until the end of the day for it to get warm. The grounds are so safe and clean. The main pool area was great very well kept lots to do. There was also an error on the departure date so the we needed to call to get a new entry code but quickly resolved with 5 min and we were able to get back in the house. We were all still pleased with the place. Would recommend in the future. does fit description accurately all clean and comfortable beds!

Es una casa muy cómoda, amplia, es una zona muy tranquila, cerca a los parques, buenos sitios para comer, tiendas para comprar. Tuvimos un inconveniente al momento de hacer check in porque pusieron mal nuestros apellidos pero solucionaron muy rápido. Julie está siempre muy pendiente de que tengas toda la información necesaria para tu llegada.

Lugar muy cómodo, limpio, tranquilo, atentos, responden a la brevedad, las camas están muy cómodas, el agua caliente y la alberca muy agusto, estaría bien no tener que pagar por el servicio de la calefacción de la alberca, sin embargo es un precio accesible
