This house is beautiful, well thought out and kitted-out. We were two families with kids 2-6yrs old. Everything was perfect- from layout, to kids toys for the pool and garden, to wonderful design and furnishings in bed and bathrooms. Perfect for excursions, or simply lazy days in the pool. Perfectly planned terrace for dinner and lunch by the pool overlooking the meadows with roaming horses and cows!

A stunning place to stay, beautiful views, and so quiet - a great place to reset, relax and recharge. The kitchen is very well appointed, the bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, are spacious and the beds very comfortable. the outside area is amazing with plenty of space and a fabulous pool, that's easy to get in and out of. Thank you for the use of the kitchen garden, the tomatoes were amazing. It's a shame we weren't there for another week, as the peaches were just off ripe. Very quiet small roads surround the property, ideal if you like to run (although quite hilly). Sam, is a great host, very friendly and helpful. We were very sad to leave.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Samuel. D'abord très bien accueilli par sa bonne humeur et ses bons plans tourisme, nous avons pu nous régaler avec les petites gourmandises laisser par ses soins. La maison est très jolie, bien pensée et possède tout le confort pour passer du bon temps entre amis. Mention spéciale pour les légumes du jardin qui étaient excellents. Merci encore Samuel ainsi qu'à toute ta famille pour ce super séjour.

We stayed at the villa for a week in July, great welcome from Sam the owner when we arrived and a guide to the facilities, rooms, pool and the garden. The villa was superb and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace with the sun going down. Everything immaculately clean, beds comfortable, bathrooms superb, pool excellent. Thank you for letting us use the delicious fruit and vegetables growing in the garden too! Easy travel to Dordogne's attractions and sights, Sarlat is certainly worth a visit as is Beynac chateau & Castelnaud chateau. Thank you for a wonderful stay would definitely return.

Just got back home after a lovely holiday in Tamnies. The accomadation was first class. Sam, the owner met us as we arrived to welcome us and explained that we were his first guests. Sam and his father have built the property over the past 4 years, he told us they have put their heart and soul into it and it shows. The house is beautiful. Spotlessly clean and high end finishes to all areas. A modern kitchen with loads of appliances. A huge dining table in the living area and 4 comfortable bedrooms with gorgeous ensuite facilities in every one. Outside, there is a large, beautifully paved area surrounding the pool with a covered outside dining space overlooking the lovely Dordogne countryside. We have had the best time! Thank you!
