BEDROOMS: The home offers 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with a Queen bed and Twin XL trundle bed; all beds have gel foam mattresses and high-quality linens. Both bedrooms have room-darkening curtains, closet space, 40" Smart TVs, bedside tables with lamps and charging stations, luggage racks, and ceiling fans. Both bedrooms also have dressers. One bedroom has a rocking chair. Two additional sleeping spaces are available in the living room (a twin sofa bed and a couch) . DEDICATED WORKSPACE: The workspace is in a common area, (off the kitchen) and is equipped with a large desk, an executive chair, and basic office supplies. KITCHEN: The updated kitchen provides guests with everything needed to prepare meals during their stay: all appliances, a variety of small appliances, pots/pans/skillets, bakeware, and all utensils. NEIGHBORHOOD: If you enjoy walking, this beautiful, historic neighborhood is perfect for you. PETS: We allow dogs only, with host pre-approval. If you are planning to bring a pet, you must send a message to the host BEFORE you complete your booking to request approval of your dog and to acknowledge that you have read and agree to the pet policy. There is a $25 pet fee. A $150 fee will be assessed after check out, if guests violate the pet policy during their stay. A $100 fee will be assessed if a guest stays 1) with a pet, without including the pet in the reservation and/or 2) with a pet, which did not receive approval form the host, prior to their stay. PET POLICY: 1) Breed restrictions - due to the neighborhood and insurance, no potentially aggressive breeds are allowed - Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Rottweilers 2) Dogs must be crated whenever guests leave the house; dogs are not allowed to be left in the backyard overnight or during the day, when guests leave the house. 3) Dogs are not allowed on furniture ( including beds). 4) Guests are responsible for cleaning up all visible dog hair in the house and all dog waste in the yard prior to check out.
