What an amazing place to stay - right from the word go Viv was friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment where we stayed was clean, tidy and extremely comfortable and cosy - felt at home right away and the surroundings outside were absolutely stunning! Thank you Viv for being such a marvellous host and it was an honour to stay at your beautiful place! We shall definitely return and would recommend this to anyone!

Great little spot surrounded by lovely hills. The place was as in the pictures and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfy and the smart tv was a great extra. There was a booklet of local walks and recommendations. Viv was really friendly and helpful. Can’t fault it, great value for money.

We were comfortable and warm in this quiet place just outside Sedbergh. Viv was close by to offer assistance but everything was satisfactory. We liked the laminated walking sheets showing local walks and the small kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. Lambs in the field - what more a you ask for.

What a fabulous, relaxing location. The place was perfect for our stay, it was lovely and warm, cozy and clean. Absolutely wonderful hosts who were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
