Stylishly renovated A-frame. Located steps from the north end ferries. Walk or bike from downtown Seattle via water taxi or West Seattle auto ferry. Brand new kitchen with wolf range/oven, new bathrooms and wood floors throughout. Wrap around deck with beautiful views of the puget sound, North Cascades, and the iconic Space Needle. Basement floor level has Bunkbeds, TV room, bar, ping pong, darts and fuze ball table. Private fenced in backyard. 7 minute's to town, restaurants, bars and shops. Main floor level has 2 bedrooms. a king bed and a double bed. The Main foor bathroom has a shower/ bathtub combination. The upstairs loft bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower only. The Basement floor has a separate room with bunkbeds. There is a bathroom in the basement with shower. The TV room and game room are also located on the basement level.

We love visiting the island and Alix’s property is the perfect place to enjoy all it has to offer. Conveniently located for the north end ferry and with incredible views across the water to the Seattle skyline. The house is very comfortable and everything provided to help you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
As first time visitors to Vashon, we enjoyed our stay with the family.
The view from Alix’s place is gorgeous beyond words. We could see the Cascades, the Space Needle, downtown, and boats traversing the sound. There were even a couple of bald eagle sightings! The house itself is spacious, comfortable, and with neat details in every room, like beautiful knotty hardwood floors and interesting objets d’art. The neighborhood is very quiet and it’s not a good choice for a party house, but it’d be great for families with kids or for a quiet getaway. The north end ferry is a short walk away, which is an added bonus.
