Très bel appartement avec magnifique vue sur le port. Bien équipé avec une climatisation qui fonctionne parfaitement. Bonne communication avec Athena qui nous a permis de quitter l’appartement plus tard vu l’heure de notre bateau. Je recommande vivement !

Athena’s place is really lovely, modern and clean. It has a great vantage point across Lipsi from the port side. There’s two bedrooms, one double and the other with two singles. Both with bathrooms which was a welcome surprise. Both had aircon. And the patios were lovely to sit on. The road up is only steep for the last 30m and was fine with two young kids. It’s a peaceful part of the village. It is one of the newer builds/collection of studios on Lipsi so lacks some character/mature gardens of other rentals. But makes up for it with views and facilities. Easy walk to town beach for young families. And the park and bakery is very close for early morning playtime. Thanks Athena!

Athena’s place was exactly as described. It had just been renovated and was absolutely spotless. There was plenty of room and cabinets and two great outdoor areas facing different directions of the island. There are two bathrooms which is always a bonus for four people. Beds were comfy, bathroom spacious, as was the kitchen area. There is no lounge area as such, but the outdoor spaces more than makeup for that. Athena communicated with us very promptly, accurately and was super helpful with our queries on the island and suggestions. If you are looking for a place close to town with a great host I highly recommend Athena’s place.
