This was EXACTLY what our group was looking for. We did a fun “slipper exchange” due to the no shoes in the house rule. Hilarious game, highly recommend for future guests. Super spacious, very clean, plenty of everything. We wished we had booked longer. Owners were very response for questions and concerns. Our group laughed until we cried and really had the most fun we have had in a long time. We will be saving this location to possibly book again next year.

We had such a lovely time at this magical house in the woods! The house is gorgeous and really set up to make guests feel welcome. Everything you could need, they have (including extra toothbrushes!). Luckily if you or the house is missing something, it’s a 13 minute ride down the mountain to town and amenities. The only comment I have is that the couches that make up 4 of the 12 sleeping spaces aren’t necessarily the most comfortable for folks used to a nice mattress (I’m apparently too old for couches 😂). It’s not a negative, just something for guests to be aware of to set expectations! We love Berkeley Springs and I hope to stay at Rana and Erfan’s place again soon!

This place is lovely! My wife and I had a small wedding party and ceremony in here. My parents came from South Korea to celebrate our marriage, and my wife grew up in Berkeley Springs where all of her family lives. We easily hosted 15-18 people for a small dinner. This home is so beautiful, very well stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms, spacious, modern touches everywhere and has spectacular views! Can’t say enough great things about it. My family is from South Korea, so naturally we needed chopsticks and sure enough this airbnb had some! What a nice surprise. We will certainly be back. The hosts are very accommodating and kind, honest people. My wife accidentally left her necklace and they reached out to us to make sure we can get it back. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a wonderful time in this home. Rana and Efran were great hosts. This home easily accommodated 8 of us. Even the kitchen was large enough and equipped for all of us to cook together. The views were incredible. This home is in a lovely mountain resort community.

This place was super modern, clean, and in a beautiful location. Rana and Efran were extremely responsive and gave clear instructions on how to access the property. It was also only a few minutes from both Cacapon state park and downtown Berkeley springs. Next time we return my friends and I will definitely be looking for an opening here.
