Place is good no doubt about it, but few challenges we faced . This location has zero network connectivity when i say zero i really mean it you have to connected through wifi for communication. Again not the owner issue but something important to consider for fellow travellers. Ordering food became a challenge when had to coordinate with rider. No toiletries was provided but we have our so managed but should be there as per description mentioned. You will hear dog barking at night some neighbour dog, it sometime gets to annoying. Getting sleep becomes tricky.but if you have party hard then should not be a challenge.😊 Lastly overall flat was clean but linen’s provided had spots on and bed sheet didn’t seemed like fresh ones, so hygiene wise didn’t felt like up to mark. Scope to improve for sure. Abu caretaker is great helped us in arranging scooty as well as beer , he was always a call away and way to responsive.

Very nice and spacious 1 bhk villa at a very prime location, totally worth the money, I liked the two huge balconies at the front and back of the villa.. fully equipped with all necessary amenities- AC, inverter backup, fridge, kitchen setup, washing machine - daily cleaning provided - very opt for short as well as long stays - caretaker as well as host are very helpful and prompt in responding..very nice locality , near to. Asaagaon restaurants and boutiques, parra road, and 15 min drive to Vagator Anjuna beaches , apartment is clean and well decorated.. we highly recommend it to all and will definitely come back ,, sometimes telephone network is an issue in entire parra, verla canca, assagaon area - but Wi-Fi works

It’s a beautiful row villa accommodation with a 24 hour security person at the gate which felt really safe. Spotlessly clean really cute boho themed houses. The staff is also super responsive. We in fact extended our stay. Totally recommended. P.s. just be aware that the Airtel network doesn’t work in this area, which is the case with most places in Goa but it’s good to have a heads up
