A Cá de Ránso is nestled in the hills of Ranzo, ideal for those who want to alternate days at the sea with excursions in the Ligurian hinterland. Enjoy the tranquillity in this house equipped with a kitchen, a living room with a TV and a double sofa bed, two bedrooms with queen size beds, and an office perfect for remote work. We recommend reaching us by car because although Ranzo is bus-connected infrequent bus passages could limit your holiday. CITRA: 008048-LT-0013 The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-story building. We live on the second floor and are available for questions and advice. Access to the building is through the shared entrance; otherwise, the apartment is completely independent. All rooms are very spacious and equipped with large windows and doors, ideal for those who want to rest while watching TV in another room :) We can accommodate six people. We have two rooms with queen size beds and a double sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a washing machine that you are free to use and a washing machine soap drying rack. We do not have air conditioning, but the house is well-ventilated with windows in all rooms, and we have provided fans in each room. OUTDOOR SPACE The kitchen overlooks a terrace with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy meals with a garden view. OFFICE For those who request it, the use of a very bright and well-equipped studio with a large desk, adjustable chair, footrest and second monitor is included in the price. WI-FI Fibre broadband is unavailable in our area, and we rely on Vodafone for Wi-Fi. The signal is stable during the day, but we have noticed a decrease in speed after 6-7 PM when people return home from work.

Es hat uns richtig gefallen. Eine ruhige Gebiet und sehr große Wohnung. In der Nähe gab es auch sehr leckere Restaurants. Können wir weiter empfehlen!

The description of the apartment was accurate, and the check-in was personally with Eugenia and Fabiana. After the booking and during our complete stay, we could always reach out to Eugenia and Fabiana for any help and got an answer within an hour. The apartment is around 25min away from the beach in Albenga and is located next to the forest and vineyards. If you like to go to the beach, you need a car and some patience sometimes to search a parking lot - especially on the weekends and holidays, it is really crowded and it is hard to relax on the beach. The apartment is spacious and quite chilly through the tiles (if you let the windows closed during midday). Unfortunately, there are 2 dogs in the neighborhood, which are really loud in the morning and evening, and there is also a church, with its bells ringing at least every hour. The big bonus of the apartment are clearly the good hosts Eugenia, Fabio and Fabiana! We can definitely recommend the apartment.

Ranzo is a tiny countryside village located along the Arroscia stream, among olive trees and vineyards. It is a very peaceful area, far from the chaos of city traffic, where the only sound that interrupts the tranquillity is the ringing of the church bells every hour (from 7:00 to 22:00).
Just a five-minute walk from home, there is a beautiful playground, a football field, and a synthetic tennis court.
SERVICES
In the village centre, just a ten-minute walk away, you will find the post office, an excellent restaurant offering typical local dishes, and a small shop that provides a selection of groceries and other essential products.
Within a short distance, five minutes drive away, there's the first pharmacy, an osteria offering delicious Ligurian cuisine at affordable prices, and an olive oil mill where you can purchase typical local products such as olive oil, olives, and wine.
EXCURSIONS
From home, you can reach on foot the "Sentiero delle Vigne" (Vineyard Trail) and the "Sentiero degli Ulivi" (Olive Trees Trail), two beautiful medium-difficulty hikes that pass through the countryside and inland villages.

We recommend arriving by car. The village is served by the Riviera Trasporti (RT) bus line, but the frequency of the service is low, which would limit your visit to all the magnificent places the area has to offer.
