We stayed at this place for an engagement event, and since we were a group of around 12/15 folks, we enjoyed our time under a single roof. There are few things to consider for this place. Pros: 1. Very near by airport 2. Caretaker Chhotu will win your heart, especially his promptness and availability. He makes delicious tea. 3. The place is big enough to spend quality time with your friends, family and relatives. 4. Backyeard is peaceful, green and relaxing. 5. Safe and private. Cons: 1. Uber cab or even auto's availability is fairly limited. Uber driver cancel the ride after booking, and this happened for all of our Uber booking (around 4/5 times). 2. The place needs maintenance. There are quite a few chores which needs improvement. Such as lights, paint etc. 3. You may hit ocassional water shortage. Many of our guests had to wait to get water in bathroom in the morning and then caretaker fixed the issue in 15/20 mins. But it was a bit inconvenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Place and its vibe was great. Loved the stay. water supply system need lil maintenance. And the wifi was not working .. but again At the end of the day you won't regret staying for sure.
