Beautifully decorated. Quick walk to the beach. Everything you need. Yana was incredibly accommodating and replied quickly. It was just what we were looking for. Highly recommend this lovely home and great host.

Yana was great. She emailed back almost instantly when we had small issues (like not knowing how to operate the AC). The place was super clean and pleasant.

La casa de Yana es hermosa . Muy bien equipada (cocina y baños completos) y bellamente decorada . Está ubicada a 1 cuadra de la playa . Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un día en la playa con chicos (carro, sillas, sombrillas, heladera y juguetes). La experiencia fue perfecta , fuimos mi esposa y yo con 3 niños . Yana muy comunicativa y estuvo pendiente de todo . Felicitación por tener un lugar tan lindo !!

My family had a great stay at this property. The home was modern and just like the pictures. The location was fantastic, short 1-2 minute walk out the front door to the beach. The private driveway was nice. It's on a busy road but was not much of a problem for us pulling out or in. The Hollywood Beach boardwalk was great for walks all throughout the day, filled with interesting people and great shops and restaurants. Plenty of pillows, blankets, portable fans, spare flip flops, beach chairs, toys, and much more provided by the host. Several options for coffee - drip, Keurig, french press, you name it!

Yana and the property are both top notch and provided us with a great Spring Break. Yana was very responsive and the house was clean and provided us with everything one would need and more. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect beach house just steps from the ocean.
